- Profile Data: Optional information like industry, location, business stage, and preferences
- User-Generated Content: Forum posts, success stories, feedback, and any other content you create on our platform

- Usage Data: How you interact with our platform, pages visited, features used, time spent
- Device Information: Browser type, operating system, IP address, device identifiers
- Cookies & Similar Technologies: We use cookies to improve your experience, remember preferences, and analyze platform usage
- Location Data: General geographic location based on IP address (for state-specific guidance and analytics)

3. Subscription Plans & Data Usage
Current Subscription Tiers
Starter (Free)
Free forever. Formation checklist, basic AI advisor, and community access. We collect minimal account information to provide core tools.
Builder ($99/month)
Solo founders. Full AI Business Advisor, document generation, 50-state comparison, grant search, and health dashboard. We use your business inputs to personalize guidance and store generated documents.
Executive ($199/month)
Growing businesses. Adds funding readiness, automated payroll, credit building, and Autonomous CRM. We process contact and payroll data to deliver these services (see Section 4).
Platinum ($299/month)
Teams & agencies. Adds dedicated account management, unlimited formations, tax prep, team collaboration, and grant writing. We collect notes from consultations to provide better ongoing guidance (only accessible by your assigned advisors).
Diamond (Custom — Enterprise)
Institutional & government partners. White-label options, custom SLAs, and dedicated infrastructure. Data handling is governed by a separate enterprise agreement.
À La Carte Services: Individual services (document generation, grant writing, formations, consultations, payroll runs, tax exports) are available at published price points without a subscription. The same data-use terms in this Policy apply.
BRS Network Platform: VPN, eSIM, and Home Internet subscriptions (including financed router hardware) are billed and managed via Stripe. We collect service and shipping details (name, address, tracking) to provision and deliver connectivity.
Physical Business Address & Registered Agent Services: Builder plan ($99/mo) and above include a real physical business address at our Cincinnati-area location (not a virtual P.O. box), mail forwarding, and registered agent services. For existing businesses transferring their registered address to Biz50Startup, we file a state address-change amendment (registered agent transfer) on your behalf. We collect your current business information (legal name, entity type, state of formation, current registered agent) to prepare and file the change. We do not store your SSN, EIN, or other sensitive PII in our platform database — these are passed through to the filing provider via encrypted, ephemeral channels with a 300-second TTL and never persisted in our systems.
IRS + State Business Registration (Coming Soon): White-label business formation filing (Articles of Organization, EIN application via Form SS-4, and FinCEN Beneficial Ownership Information reporting) is currently in development for Builder and higher tiers. When launched, Biz50Startup will act as your authorized formation agent/preparer — filing on your behalf with your business information, never as the business owner. The IRS requires the actual owner's SSN/ITIN as the "responsible party" for EIN applications; we collect this data via encrypted pass-through, use it solely for the filing, and never store it in our database. A signed digital authorization agreement will be required before any filing is submitted on your behalf.
Business Credit Reporting (Builder and Above): We report your business information to Dun & Bradstreet, Experian Business, and Equifax Business to help establish your business credit profile from your first billing cycle. Information shared includes: business name, address, formation details, entity type, and your subscription payment history with Biz50Startup. You may opt out at any time by contacting support.
You may cancel any subscription at any time. We retain billing records as required for tax and legal compliance.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
No Refunds — Cancel Anytime
All purchases are final. BRS Software Solutions LLC, DBA Biz50Startup, offers zero refunds for fees already charged — including partial billing periods, completed à -la-carte services, website packages, and BRS Network Platform charges. This policy applies platform-wide across every subscription tier and service.
- Cancel anytime: You may cancel any subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewal charges but does not refund the current paid period.
- Access until period end: After cancelling, you keep access to your plan until the end of the current billing cycle.
- Metered / usage services: Charges for completed document generations, grant writes, payroll runs, consultations, and similar usage-based services are non-refundable once delivered.
- Hardware (routers): Shipped router hardware follows the separate BRS Total Shield equipment terms; opened or activated devices are non-refundable.
- Billing disputes: For a billing error, contact blair.r.sharp@biz50startup.com within 30 days of the charge and we will investigate promptly.
By subscribing or purchasing any service on Biz50Startup, you acknowledge this no-refund, cancel-anytime policy.
4. Business Credit Building (Pro & Concierge Plans)
Credit Reporting Feature
If you subscribe to our Executive or Platinum plans and opt in to automated business credit building, we will report your business information to major business credit bureaus to help you establish and build your business credit profile:
- Dun & Bradstreet
- Experian Business
- Equifax Business
Information Shared for Credit Building:
- Business name, address, and formation details
- Business structure (LLC, Corporation, etc.)
- Formation date and state
- Your subscription payment history with Biz50StartUp
You can opt out of credit reporting at any time by downgrading to the Builder plan or adjusting your account settings. Opting out will stop future reporting but won't remove historical reports already submitted to credit bureaus.
5. Information Sharing & Third Parties
We may share your information with:
- Business Credit Bureaus: Only for Executive/Platinum subscribers who opt in to credit building features (Dun & Bradstreet, Experian Business, Equifax Business)
- Payment Processors: Stripe processes all payments securely. We share necessary billing information to complete transactions
- AI Service Providers: We use AI services (OpenAI, Anthropic) to power business plan generation, assessments, and guidance features. Your business data may be processed by these services to provide personalized recommendations
- Cloud Infrastructure: Our platform is hosted on secure cloud services. Your data is stored with industry-standard encryption
- Analytics Providers: We use analytics tools (Google Analytics) to understand platform usage and improve our services. This data is aggregated and anonymized
- Service Providers: Trusted partners who help us operate our platform (email services, customer support tools, hosting providers)
- Legal Requirements: When required by law, court order, or to protect our rights and the safety of our users
- Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred to the new owner
We do not sell your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.
6. AI-Powered Features & Data Processing

Biz50StartUp leverages cutting-edge artificial intelligence to provide personalized business guidance, generate business plans, assess formation readiness, and offer strategic recommendations. Our platform is built with AI assistance and integrates multiple AI models for optimal performance.
When you use our AI-powered features:
- Your business information may be processed by AI models (OpenAI GPT-4, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini) to generate relevant, personalized content
- We use industry-leading AI providers with strong data protection practices and contractual data privacy agreements
- AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes only and should not be considered legal or financial advice
- We retain conversations and generated content to improve our services and provide continuity in your experience
- You can request deletion of AI-generated content associated with your account at any time
- No user data is used to train external AI models without your explicit consent

If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 18, we will delete it promptly. If you believe we may have information from a child under 18, please contact us immediately.

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. We will also retain and use your information as necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, and maintain business records. When you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable timeframe, except where we must retain it for legal purposes.
